I have noticed that young boys from the slum next to Jogupalya ,cambridge layout 1st cross near the drainage keep taking the banned drug "Ganja" as well as keep drinking alcohol and roam around near the houses in the area(IN morning as well as in evening ) . As a result it creates lot of problems for the citizen staying there . I think a team should be sent to keep an eye on there activity and you will be able to catch them red handed .
As a resposible citizen I have notified you & if you dig in more and can collect the information from the people staying there you will get an idea .
