We have booked a phone on 07/06/13 Your Order No. KA/128885/RMU2A9J4. But we have not received the phone so we have raised a request for refund.But still we have not received the amonut

I paid through credit card for a tablet PC with kaunsa on08-08-2013 , ref no: kaun/154814. I have not received the tablet till date. When I send a mail request for the refund the customer care stopped responding
