I have already activate internet plan cost around 98 rs...but it was not working since 10 Nov, I have called Customer care at 15th Nov , they said u do not have any activated plans in ur account, need to activate internet plan, ..I said OK, they activate the plan , cost around 149, but internet not working, and I am unable to call again customer care number, so that, I have used my friends airtel mobile and call, they said...jo hua galatr hua...48hrs main main problem resolve ho jayegi.... now its 18th nov..still prob persist, so that I have called agin customer care, they said plz try another number i.e. ********01 from another alternative number, I have tried, but answering all the answers...they said thanku for calling...after that..I have called CC again from my airtel mobile they give me same answer... I dont know, what is going on... I have spend lots of time and money for the same, still issue persist, I need my all money refund, please help me
