the contractor of cycle/scooter stand of railway station jalandhar is misbehaving the daily passengers by not making the monthly passes.
I statrted to keep my bike with the above contractor in the month of January 11 and requested to make my monthly pass but he refused to do so on the context that you are new one just wait for a month and we will make the pass and pay them daily charges of Rs.10/- I will continue the same but in the next month he again refused to do so ,
but in the month of March 2011 he again insisit me to pay daily charges by not making monthly pass.
I will request the DRM, Ferozzepur Division /Station Supdt. Jalandhar to please instruct the contractor to make passes of daily passengers in the very first month of his journey.

Today I went to railway station to travel from abohar to MaKhu (train no 04733). But the rail authority didn't provide me the direct ticket to MaKhu rather they issued me tickets to ferozpur
Now I had to buy tickets from ferozpur and pay additional charges and had to suffer mentally.

i am working in jalandhar. i come to jalandhar daily. i am parking my bike on railway parking stand last 4 years.
today i come to stand for my bike and i shock to see, my bike front wheel mag-rad was broken and also change this few days
i ask to the stand employed to this but he ignore to this and one person misbehaving me and he ask to me for an other parking my bike park, he also asked to me he was retired railway employed and he is the contractors of this stand.
pls tell me what i do

I support this complaint.on 14 march i had waiting a train in plateform no.1 at ludhiana junction on bench of public siting outside the railway canteen . class 4 railway employees is misbehaving with me or other passenger.sir please do necessary step to solve this problem.I want to know that in duty time they would relax 1 hour in public bench.
