Dear Sir,
I am the President of Synapse Nest residents association and would like to bring to your notice a very big problem that we are facing with Dr. Siddharth's Labrador breed of dog. He always ties the dog in the common area of the building i.e. in the main gate or in-front of other flats. As he's a doctor he's out of the building almost 12-16 hrs a day and the dog barks continuously. The dog is quite big and has a very loud bark which is causing a lot of problems to the entire building. Since the dog is tied to the main entrance of the building kids are scared and have to be escorted always. There is no shade no water and most of the times there is food for the dog and the building security guards have to take care of him most of the times.

We have requested Dr Siddharth to keep the dog inside his house and take care of it but he does not listen and at times get very aggressive. I am afraid that a lot of people are very upset by the dog's and his owners behavior which could lead to a potential fight in the building.

Today we had called him again for a discussion. However instead of taking the dog inside his flat he's starting construction of a cage outside his flat in the buildings common area which is not allowed as per the association’s rules and regulations.

I request you to kindly interfere and help us find a solution before things get out of hand.
