I am fed up following up with the customer care, 1st over calls, now the emails are also worthless. I have been specifying that internet is not connecting due to the error "Packet data connection not available" from over a month. This happened after the InternetHVC service period got over, which I dont want to use again, also I dont get 3g everywhere, i dont want to go for 3g as well. Now the customer care is forcing me to use that pack which I am not interested, so they are not setting my network to default internet usage. Can someone activate my default network?

The Customer Care keeps the request closing without providing resolution and speaks out of the topic!
