It has been a while that I am using Vodafone service every time I get a bill of 1500 to 1800 Rs which I feel that is little over to what I use but that is fine so I make the payment, few months the bill goes up by 1000 to 1200 more when I check with Vodafone people and I check my complete bill I see some charges like called to malani or some which is charged me 800 when I spoke to them and said that I will cancel the connection they say that might charged wrong and now they have changed me 4128.00 for national SMS and they say I have sent 2752 National SMS's and in my history I have not used any national sms in one month they have charged me 10 Rs other month 12 Rs and so on I thought I can ignore as it’s a small amount this is a pure scam and this month when I checked my unbilled amount I was shocked see the unbilled amount to be 3000 I kept a track on my mobile checking the outstanding on daily bases my amount went very high on a daily bases when I checked by calling them they say I need to wait for bill generation and now my bill is generated and I see this SMS charges of 4128.00 is charged. Which is a big big scam Vodafone people are doing?
Secondly I have activated a data services and that to has been charged more where my network was not working after the data is activated on mobile there was a complaint was given to Vodafone stores and they said they cannot give any details not I spoke to the store manager 2weeks back at mehdipatnam when we talked he was not in a position to give me the details he took out excel sheet calculated and told there might be a wrong bill that will be sorted on the bill date and I see a huge bill, when I call Vodafone people today they say they cannot give the number that I sent the msg to. They do not have any outgoing details.
3 weeks back I applied for a port request they have rejected 2 times by saying there is a bill pending of 300 Rs when I paid 500 and requested for port they still rejected. They want people who pay more but not asking any question I have done a mistake by not asking them every month of my bill. nowadays nobody has that much of time.
