Dear sir,
I am using vodafone since January'2011. I submitted my documents three times. Why you are asking documents repeatedly several times is well known to you. Recently in the month of November'2011 my services have been disconnected again on account of documents. I submitted again documents on 12/12/2011 at your Vodafone office situated near Jail Road, Visakhapatnam. Immediately he resumed entered the details of my documents. I am getting incoming calls. But when I tried for outgoing calls I got low balance message. I tried to recharge at the store itself, but recharge failed with system error message. On inquiry with your representative he said you have to wait for 01 Hour till the complete process takes place. I tried after on next day again failed. then your representative said you have to wait for 24 Hours. Again tried after 24 Hours then your representative said you have to wait for 48 Hours. Do you feel it is correct. Don't you feel that it is inconvenience to me. On date when I contacted customer care, they said you have to submit the documents. Then I requested them to connect with your superiors to resolve the problem. But they (Mr. ABHISHEK VALLE, JAMEELA SHAIK, RAMA KRISHNA, PALLAVI AND HEMA)simply disconnecting my phone keeping me on hold.
If this is called the vodafone customer care service, I feel sorry to complaint you.
On more thing I would like to say here, at your office on receiving documents no receipt is giving even though requested by me.
please note that without recharging deducted amounts from my bank account
The evidence for submission of my documents is my incoming calls. So please do needful.
Thanking you.
