Vodafone Hyderabad - i am frustrated with my cellular connection

Sir i subscribed to a voice blog offer by mistake.,due to which every week 7rs was being deducted from my balance since 2months.i have been calling the Vodafone costumer care but the process told by them for deactivation of the same was not at all working out.i also have complained directly at Vodafone customer care office.they said this will be deactivated with in 48hours but in vain.every i am struggling with negative balance.nearly i lost 60rs talk tome and also frustrated a lot with this deductions. because of negative balance i faced a lot of problems at the time of emergencies.please help me in this regard.i want to file a case against this.also i want to file a fine for this.
Complainant's Goal: i need my deducted balance and also equivalent amoun for the tension i faced
