As I already booked a complaint two weeks ago about the poor service, but no necessary action is taken.
Now Vodafone super weeks is in its third week were I can use Gmail/Yahoo mail for free of cost, and since yesterday I have been trying to connect to internet to use this offer but I'm experiencing difficulties and the page is not redirecting me to gmail/yahoomail even 3 rupees from my account is deducted while I was trying to connect. First, I was not able to connect to internet to utilize this offer and second the offer is free of cost then why the hell on earth they have deduced my 3 rupees?
I want my amount to be reimbursed in my account and the problem to be fixed asap so that I can get benefited from the offer of Super Weeks. Vodafone Customer care fix this problem and call me with the resolution else I will take this matter to the attorney general.
And also I'm trying to call the CC 198 but they have blocked my number to call 198 and I am not able to call them.
