my number ********00 , I activated twice for 98 pack, when I activate first I dint get any message so again I did then also it did not send me that your balance is deducted and all..When I called vodafone they told that he lodged compliant and they will refund me 98 in 24 hours but i forgot to complaint id , when i called after half an hour, they other caller was rude and says that there is no complaint and hence he cannot give complaint id and cannot reimburse.
I WANT REFUND OF 98 AS ITS NOT MY FAULT, I DID NOT GET ANY MESSAGE stating balance deductions. DEDUCT 1024mb , I DONT CARE BUT I WANT IMMEDIATE REFUND AND PLEASE INFORM YOUR CALL TAKERS NOT TO PROVIDE WRONG INFORMATION.
GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK
