On 26th March '12 Company’s sales executive Ranbir called me for holiday package of 7N/8D or 4N/5D for 4 adults, later he along with his colleague Rohan continued to contact me over phone for booking. On the basis of information given by them I booked 4(Rs5998/- each) package & gave 6 references for booking(booked 5 package of Rs5998/- & 1 of Rs7998/-).
I am surprised that both of them did illegal online transaction on my credit card to do online booking on their own instead of IVR system as wrongly informed by them to collect credit card details, they also used my credit card details to book 2 more package of my friends
Now for last 2 months I am trying to contact Ranbir(********00)/Rohan(********38) but they are not attending my call. I also got assurance for following services but there is no cooperation even after regular follow-up
1.On 21 days prior notice, confirm domestic booking of specific resort/place
2.If there is booking on different names they all can use same date & venue for holiday
I have already complained about the issue to customer care but there is no response, e-mail reply is same every time i.e. we will revert back in next 7 days but later there is no response.
Grivance : - 1. Wrong use of credit card by Co's executives 2.Misleading information for sale 3.Commitment not fulfilled 4.No response & services as per promised
Moreover there is no attempt by company’s executives to resolve the issue even after regular mails(20) & calls(>10)
