Actually there three order for which I demand refund.

1st ID is 1004992141
2nd ID is 1005523009, and
3rd is 1005523108.

Out of these three refund request, I get only 2 refund till today.

1st one is on 23/06/2011 for ID 1004992141 amount is rs. 24999.
2nd is on 26/06/2011 for ID no 1005523009 amount is rs. 18999.
But till today I not get any payment for ID no 1005523108.

You also have to notice that I book these orders 1005523009 and 1005523108 on at 30/04/2011 for that I pay total rs 38000 on that day but I received only one product for booking ID 1005523009 but for booking ID 1005523108 product is not deliver to me and it stays with courier company for about 75 days. During these days I called so many time to bagittoday customer care and so many mail but you people cant do anything fast,
so I personally contact to courier company ant fight with them, and tell them to send that product back to you, then you receive that parcel on around 17th of july. So after that I request to refund money. But till today there no any money deposited in my account.

And I also give all these proof in my bank statement copy, which I sent so many time.
They tell me that they have already transfer money in my account, but my bank not display that transaction so I have to go to bank and ask to bank regarding this matter. And for that proof bagittoday give me arn number. But when I go to my bank the manager tell me that this arn number is not useful for my bank. So for this matter manager ask for the proof which show that money was transferred from bagittoday to my hdfc bank account or debit card.
So I ask from bagittoday to provide me their bagittoday's bank statement which shows all three refund transaction for booking ID 1005523108, 1005523009, and 1004992141. It must be noted that all three transaction contain following information
1) from which account money was debited?
2) to which account money was deposited?
3) on which day transaction was done?
4) how much amount was transferred?
but bagittoday can’t give me any proof till today that shows money was transferred to my account.
They tell me that they can’t give me such proof.
So now I can’t understand that what I have to do for get my money back.
So please help me to get my refund.
