SIr, I have already complained using my reference number ********0 and in return i get two different calls. I get a call on 30 September 2010 by Mr Irshad who apologized repeatedly, for arrogant behaviour of the sales customer executive and for the wrong information given to me. In return, he told me that the order cancellation is not possible and he requested me to take the ordered items which will be delivered at my place in 10 days. Also, as a compliment and for apologising for the mistake i was offered A GIFT which also will be delivered in 15 days.
Again i got a call, on 04 October 2010 by Mr Ramnik who asked me about the complaint i had done and the details pertaining to it. he asked me whether i have got the ordered items, which i replied i havent received it yet, to this he replied stating he will check it out and contact me again, but no one contacted me.
To this i called up the customer care on 20 october 2010, for which this time, i was told my order is cancelled and i will be given the amount. I accepted it, but when i asked how will it be returned i was told it will be deposited to my account, the number of which they dont have, and on futher asking by me regarding the details of how the money will be returned AND I WILL REFUNDED, i was not given satisfactory answer and i was told that i will receive a call which will tell me how i will get my money back... but so far i have not got any response.
It is shocking such incidents are happening and it is going unnoticed by the complaint section and senior authorities.
I request you to kindly take action and return me my MONEY. I am not asking for the mental torture that i have suffered past few months but i want my money back, MY MONEY BACK. If it is not possible atleast PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE reimbursement in better way. But basically atleast my money back. MY MONEY BACK, preferably by DD payable at Mangalore, Karnataka, India.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TAKE ACTION.
I donot want any executive calling me and giving false promises. i dont want false promises. i want action.
Following my experience, I request everybody, please dont make any purchases from this site for the major reason that they never keep up their words. Customer care people just keep speaking only false statements.
