i have ordered a micromax A100 mobile on timtara.com on 31/9/2012(order no 10317502) .till date i am following with customer care they are always told me to wait for 48 hours to revert back from them but i never get any call back from them.i have requested them more than 20 times to deliver my mobile but they are not deliverying the product.when i reach their office in noida a person named ritesh(mobile no ********40) told me he will dispatch the product within 2 days but after fifteen day of waiting and regular follo up he didn't give any proper response.when i told him to refund my money he told he will provide the DD tommorow but after 1 day he refuse and told he will do wired transfer today but he take 5 days for asking some time after 5 day he didn't response properly.

on calling him he told you are free to go to consumer form he can't help us any more.
please look into this and help me.
