On February 15, 2012, I ordered a Sony Bravia KDL-22EX 420 from website www.timtara.com. .This order no is 10191333.
I paid Rs. 16, 499/- as the cost of the product from my HDFC bank Debit card account number 0********06504 and Ref. No. is 1098707. At the time of booking the product, I was promised the delivery within 10 -15 days from the time of placing the order. but I did not receive the product for next 20 days and hence I cancelled the order on on 5th March. As per company rule money is refund within 7 working days but money is not refund yet
I must have made innumerable calls and sent to mail to customer care and Mr.Raja Singh, but not no response my call and mail. so till now money is not refund to me so help me.
If you intention is not refund my money then provide credit note to me or replace other order al like Nikon Coolpix P500 12MP Digital Camera(Black) or Canon SX40 HS 12MP Digital Camera .
