I have given an order for LG - LCD TV and paid amount of Rs.19500/- on 20.05.2012 vide order no.10258502 dated-20.05.2012,product delivery period is 20 days from order date. Order is already completed 41 days but there is no proper response or any mail confirmation ar any communication regarding product delivery status given by the timtara.com. we have complain more than 20 times to his customer care through tel. no.013-53-051500 but every time they told us "your complain has been forwarded to concerned department" i aske for the concerned dept. tel. no. they told no no is available of concern dept. also i wrote a mail to 'customerfirst@timtara.com' on 16.06.2012 regarding the same but no mail responce recd as on today also today a customer care executive that's name Mr. Prateek he told "Aapko Jo Karna Hey Karo".till today we have not getting proper response from customer care nor any concerned dept. about product delivery status. Please help us.
