Hi, I have bought a Spice mobile - Order No.- #10250892 from timtara [http://www.timtara.com/products/Spice-Mi%252d350n-Mobile-Phone-%28Black-%26-Grey%29.html].. Before Purchasing i contacted them n they called me back n said its in stock and they would deliver the item in 8-10 days. today 12 days have gone but no reply has come... even on mailing at customerfirst@timatara.com they dont reply at all. their customer care is always busy bt yesterday i finally was able to breakthrough it and the excutive Mr. AMIT was not helpful n understanding at all and said that they haven't recieved my payment from Bank.. infact he even tried to put blame on me for that.. THIS IS JUST NONSENSE AND UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR..To confirm I called my KOTAK bank and they confirmed me that the payment was made the same day instantly.. I have the proof of payment as well.. PLEASE HELP ME... THEY ARE NOT LISTENING TO ME AT ALL..
