I have booked one Sony Cybershot DSC-H70 16MP Digital Camera with Timtara.com (Infosecure Consulting Private Limited) through internet with the Order details:Order Id-10087763, Order Date-19th Feb 2012 03:48 pm, Order No-10194019, Order Amount-Rs.9300.Timtara.com had to ship the booked item within 10-15 working days, however they are failed to do the same till date i.e. 18th March 2012. Whenever i try to call on their customer care No. 033-40166500, most of the time they do not attend the Phone, when some time attend the phone, they only make excuses and never ship the item. I called one of their representative Mr. Raja on his mobile No. ********27, he never attend the phone, when some time attend the phone,he shows a same attitude & excuses, which shows their intention to cheat/fraud the online buyer . Please do the needfull in the matter.
