I placed an order for TV on 27-March on Timtara vide Order Number: 10100040 and made a payment of Rs.16390,
Despite several remiders, mails and complaints and one and a half month delay, the item is still showing 'Awaiting Shipment' and I am advised 'will be shipped as soon as possible'.
Customer service phones never work and mails get one-line reply to 'be patient'

This for an item for which normal Bangalore deliveries are over-the-counter, which I cannot exercise having blocked my money for so long.

All this amounts to cheating/ fraud and I am even worried of my money.

Update:
The amount was finally refunded and credited back into my account.
This happened after sufficient reminders and pressure from then intermediary (since withdrawn) CCAVENUE.

AND WE ARE SUPPOSED TO BE THANKFUL FOR THEM TO ENJOY MY MONEY LOCKED UP FOR OVER TWO MONTHS!
