I am Deepak Jaiswal from Delhi working as an Inspector in Customs. I ordered for an Akai LCD 32B30 32 inch (Order #10217182) from Timtara online shopping site on 17.03.2012.I made the payment using SBI Debit Card. But i havenot got my product till date. I wrote few emails to their customer care and also to their CCO but they replied that i will be getting the shipment in 7-8 working days or 4-5 working days respectively. They also gave me a complaint number 26388 but till date they are just postponing the delivery. If you want i can forward the excerpts of mail and their reply also. It has been two months since i ordered my product. Besides creating mental harassment, i have also suffered from humiliation among my relatives and friends because of no LCD or TV in my home. I had bought it for watching IPL but they have spoiled my plan. I am very much frustrated with this site. I want the company to deliver my goods as I donot want my money back now. I want my LCD and also a proper compensation besides stern warning to the company so that they donot do this again to anyone else. I think its their business to keep the customer's money for few months, earn interest and then refund it back saying that they dont have the supply of goods. I just want to ask that if they dont have the supply of goods or not in their stock then why they are still showing the products on their website as available. Please look after the matter so that no one can be cheated again. I will be very grateful to you.
