I had placed following orders online and made payment to timtara.com and following confirmation mail received .I had placed my order on 2nd Nov 12 and it was mentioned that my order will be delivered in 3 weeks and I called customer care of timtara.com inbetween and send few mails also for quick delivery of my order .They said it was mentioned 3 weeks time and they will deliver in 3 weeks even though my ordered items are in in stock.After three weeks when I have not received my ordered items I called and mailed them many times but they said with in 2 days you
will receive but till date not received my ordered items.Now when contacting they are saying we cant do anything as manufacturer have to
provide us but while I was ordering available in stock is mentioned and same is confirmed over phone.
Kindly help me and guide me what action i can take in this regard so as to get my order deliver as soon as possible .
