Sir/Madam,
I, Jibran kaiser, ordered a 3 spice M6868 Mobiles from TIMTARA.COM website on 11/07/2012 and paid Rs 10780 through HDFC E-banking service. The order no. is 10287084.I was told that mobile will be delivered within 21 days. Promised dates have been passed but mobile has not been delivered yet. While tracking my order status in TIMTARA website, it is showing awaiting shipment status. I contacted customer care several times and mailed but no satisfactory answers given.
Customer care executives always kept telling that your complaint is being forwarded.
So, I request you to look into this matter positively.

Please go through the brochure/bills/receipts for any terms and conditions.You can send them a legal notice stating your grievance and for the refund. You have a very prima facie case against the Company. They will certainly start responding to you immediately. I am a lawyer.
