I would like to inform you that I have placed the folowing order on Timtara.com (M/s Infosecure Consulting Pvt. Ltd., B-26 Second Floor, Sector 8, Noida. Uttar Pradesh -201301, India) on 18.07.2012

I have got the order confirmation mail from Timtara.com and it confirms that the product will be delivered within 15 working days after placing the order. After 3 weeks I called them (phone no 0135 3051500) for shipment of my product. They told product will be shipped as soon as possible. So kindly wait till then. I waited for 1 month and they have not shipped my product. On 16.08.2012 I called them to cancel my order. They said cancellation will take 2 to 3 days and amount refunded in 7 to 10 days. My order was cancelled on 18.08.2012 and status is showing ?payment refund pending?. I waited upto 4th Sept 2012 i.e. more than 2 weeks and again called them for refund of the amount. They said by this Saturday i.e. 08.09.2012 amount will be refunded. I waited till then, but didn?t receive the amount. Every time when I am calling they are telling by the end of that week amount will be refunded and they are not even telling the proper reason. They have not refunded my amount so far. I have been cheated by timtara. All these Fraudulent practice by Timtara is causing me mental harassment. Please help me to get my amount back. For others I would like to advise never to purchase anything from this Fraud website. Please take necessary action to this company.
