This is with regards to a recent online shopping that i made via timtara. I had ordered an item on 10 Jan, 2013 and they are not responding after that.It has been over 5 weeks now. The money has been debited from my account but no product has been delivered yet. They are not shipping the product or giving me a refund. When we call to enquire the cust care says the same thing again and again and they even disconnect my call or talk very rude and i feel helpless. Please see the details below:

After several frustrating calls to their call centre i have kind of given up hopes on this. This website has been cheating people for a long time now. There is no single good review about TIMTARA on internet. I need them to give me my money back along with interest and the comensation for my phone calls and mental pain and stress this has given me. Let me know if you would require any further information from my end.
