Hi i have ordered a Philips juicer on Order 10th Oct 2011 and i paid the amount through cheque of rs-1010 and as the order was not delivered in time i have cancelled the order on 16th of december 2011 and till date my money was not refunded. This is the worst experience i have ever faced shopping online. I in a good faith have ordered the juicer when i was 4 months pregnant hoping that i can make some exotic juices, but no wonder my baby is 6 months old now, Still no juicer or money refunded.
Every time i call up the bogus timtara customer care

1- THEY TAKE A COMPLAINT SAYING THAT "YOUR PROBLEM HAS BEEN FORWADED "
2- THEY DONT GIVE ME A CASE ID OR PROBLEM ID TO TRACK.
3- AND THATS IT
TIME ENDS YY:YY
4- AGAIN WHEN I MAKE A FRESH CALL ON A FRESH DAY AS MY PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED, AGAIN THE PROCESS STARTS FROM STEP-1
5- EVERY TIME I CALL THEM THE TIME ELAPSED FROM YY:YY - XX:XX EQUALS APPROX. MORE THAN 1/2 HOUR AND THAT TOO ITS NOT A TOLL FREE NUMBER
Imagine how much stress and trauma i might have gone through during this time
I REQUEST THE CONCERNED DEPT. TO LOOK IN TO THIS MATTER ASAP AND RESOLVE IT IMMEDIATELY.
