On their Website , it is mentioned the product to be delivered in 21 days. I ordered the product with order #10356178 on 19th Nov 2012, i have attached the screen shot for same having order # and ordered date. Its now 1 month today and the product is still not delivered and still it is Awating Shipment, which means it will take some more days to be delivered.
Same happened with me 2 years back when i ordered Camera on 28th Dec 2010 (Order#10010969), it was not delivered in three weeks and i submitted complaints 2 years back too. After lot of apologies from their side, still they have not changed and not learned from their mistakes. I dont know how they mentioned on their site that its a number 1 rated for your experience, i think they are fake compliments on their website.
I called their customer care today for this issue that when it is going to be delivered and they dint have any answer.
I will Recommened not to buy anything from Timtara if you need it urgently but if you can wait for 1-2 months for the order to be delivered then you can buy.
Last time after posting the complaint i got my ordered delivered the same day, lets see what happens this time, my purpose of this complaint is that my order will be delivered soon and also to warn others after this teriible experience
