Philips HTS4750 DivX Ultra
I had purchased a Philips home theatre system over a year ago Within a month I had a problem, service attended to the call, and set it right. The problem cropped up again, a part was replaced. And then again – this time I insisted that either the design or the piece was flawed; and that the unit be replaced. Philips refused to pay heed and replaced the part once again.
As they always do, soon after the warranty period, the same problem cropped up again – I have kicked up a lot of dust and tried to get it replaced at least now – no chance! Philips first shamelessly said they would have to charge me for the part and service, and when I screamed, offered to do it free!
I want Philips to pay a price for giving me a substandard product and refusing top admit it or set it right in spite of many attempts. I now want my money back or the product replaced.
