Reg: Complaint No-PDEL0********7 dt.06.12.2011, still pending, no technician even contacted me up till now me even after contacting 3 times to your customer care center 1********11 & today is 12.12.2011. I am fed up of this type of customer care provided by a world renowned company.

Purchased this TV not long ago & as the warranty period ends the TV started giving problems. Last time it was got repaired on 03.09.2011 & after three months the same problem has risen again.

In future, I will never purchase nor recommend anybody to purchase any product of this Company, if the same type of products & services are provided by the co.

Complainant's Goal: I want my money back.
