I am from Chennai. I have ordered a Philips LED TV 32PFL5537 (Black, 32) using infibeam.com on 30, Aug, 2013 for my native place Kerala. But from the Day 1 of the delivery I found an issue. The 4 corners of the TV shows some while light kind of big circle similar to X-Ray beam. Seems like it has got some damage. What do I need to do now :( ? Tell me a procedure to escalate the same. May I get a replacement or will get fixed by repairing? I contacted the customer care using phone and registered a complaint indicating the same issue 6 days before and got this complaint number : PCOC0********9. But there is no proper response. After that I made yet another complaint which is PCOC1409130001 but still Engg hasn't visited yet. Apart from that when I contacted the local support team at Thrissur, they are not properly handling my issue, not allocating engg., also I am getting reply in harsh tone. Kindly do the needful by escalating this to higher management since I am not getting proper support from local Service and customer care teams. Still I am running between the post and the pillar. As an unhappy customer, I really need an escalation. I have attached the photo of the mentioned issue of the TV and Bill copy as zip file.
Since this complaint exists on this product, starting from the day 1 of delivery, I am proposing n expecting product replacement
