I ordered one Philips home theater. Instead of one, I got two sets. I called the helpline number and asked for pick up of the extra product. In spite of that the product was never picked. I have called them so many times now. Each time they say that they will arrange a pick up of the product and will refund the money.
My money has not been refunded yet and i am being charged the interest on the amount (Credit Card).
It has been more than 45 days now. I want my money back with interest as soon as possible.

We confirm having instructed our logistic partners for picking up the above mentioned product from your specified shipping address. Accordingly multiples attempts were made to pick up the product however the product could not be picked up as we were unable to contact you.
We have once again tried contacting you at the numbers mentioned in the email however were unable to reach you. We hence request you to kindly revert with your convenient time so that we can arrange the pick up.
We assure you that at Futurebazaar customer satisfaction is our prime aim and hence as a special gesture we have simultaneously gone ahead and initiated a refund for the amount charged to you. Please be assured that the amount will reflect in your forthcoming card statement.
