Future Bazaar India - False feature on FutureBazaar Website

Last month I bought a Glen Glen 1044SSAL cooktop from futurebazaar.com under order Number 5028038822.

The features on the website showed that the cooktop had 'Multi-spark auto ignition option', but when the product was delivered at my home, it was without any auto ignition option.

Despite of agreeing to the fact that the delivered product didnt match the displayed feature, the futurebazaar team is not providing me with other cooktop with displayed feature.

I have all the screenshots and details about the product and in few day i'll move to consumer court regarding this.

This is with reference to your order number 5028038822 for "Glen 1044SSAL Cooktop".

As discussed, I am extremely sorry to mention that the said product do not come with an Auto Ignition option however due to a rare error the specification of the product was erroneously mentioned as Auto ignition. Let me assure you that the necessary action for updating the correct specification has been taken at our end.

Further to our discussion, I thank you for confirming your acceptance of the alternate product offered. I have placed a replacement order on your behalf to be shipped on priority. The replacement order number for your reference is 5030133453.

Let me assure you that the product is expected to leave our warehouse within the next 48 hours. The tracking information of the shipment will be communicated to you once the product is dispatched from our warehouse. I am also personally tracking your order and will keep you posted regarding the status of the same.

Let me assure you that our commitment towards customer service is absolute however I can understand that the recent experience you had is really unfortunate but I urge you to show confidence in our competency again, with the assurance that such inconvenience will not be repeated.
