This is based on the misleading advertisements mentioning cameras at the throw away prices. In fact real story is that they don't have any standing inventory and there warehouse is empty. I have placed the order of camera by order no 5005685771 on 2nd dec 2010 and till 6th Dec only false and hollow promises and nothing else. I emailed them at support@futurebazaar and very shamelessly they wrote back their warehouse doesn't have the product and they will update me on 11th Dec. Now I wanted them to cancel my order and refund my money, to really act like thief, they don't return money immediately but take at least 7 days.
Above all, the girl at their (mind you these buggers have no toll free number for support I end up paying around Rs 60 on my STD) support was helpless in sending me mail about reference number and then put me on hold. Please return my money and leave me.

Regards,
Rajeev

Dear Mr. Vashista,

This is with reference to your order number 5005685771 for "Samsung ES 30 Digital Camera".

I would like to inform you that we have received an overwhelming response for the said product and hence your order could not be processed. An effort was made to coordinate with the brand and arrange additional stock which has resulted into this delay.

As per your conversation I understand that you do not wish to have the order processed and would like to have the transaction reversed. I confirm having processed your request and have gone ahead and refunded the entire amount charged to you on your credit card. The details of the refund transaction have also been shared with you in a separate email. Let me assure you that the refund amount will reflect in your forthcoming card statement.

It is indeed unfortunate that we were unable to process your order this time. I urge you to kindly repose your faith in our services and cooperate with us in our endeavor to serve you to your satisfaction. With confidence that you would give us second chance to prove ourselves I apologize once again for the entire episode.

Best Regards,
Aditya Pathak
