Dear Sir,
You would have never come up like such a case before. In short, www.futurebazaar.com is a cheater's website. I have all the proof's of details mentioned below. Case Briefing: On 20/12/2010 i purchased a 50 inch Plasma TV 50PJ350R from futurebazaar.com. I received a mail confirming the same(Attached). The company had offered a good discount (approx. 40%). On 22nd, i contacted Mr. Dilip at futurebazaar customer care at 1********95 to inquire about my order status, to which i received a response that such an order doesn't exist, but also mentioned that the same maybe due to the fact that their website was hacked. To this i called the phone banking service to check that my account is ok, and not accessible to hackers, to this i came to know that the amount was not debited. To keep up to the consumer ethics i informed them about the same(Mr. Dilip, Mr. Madhu). The person kept me lingering till 5 days. In meantime, i had written to their Email support at support@futurebazaar.com, to which i received a reply from Mr. Pradeep showing apology over their bad service. Finally today my anger burst out and i contacted their support team, and talked to their supervisor Mr. Vinayak who didn't showed any way, next i talked to Mr Pradeep who diverted the call to his manager(as told by him) Mr. Irfan. The final response from their side was that the link from which i have ordered was a test link(beta version), and the mail recived by mail was sent from their end but was sent erroneously. I resisted because such a thing is not known to customer, moreover they are sending a mail confirming the order. The person offered me a Rs 500 coupon to which i rejected as the amount of calls i have made itself amounts for more than 2000 rupees! My only demand was that the ORDER should not be cancelled at any cost, and i was ready to pay the whole amount to them. To which they rejected as they were not able to offer for the price they originally offered.
"""""" Moreover if it was a beta version of their website then why have they made it PUBLIC and sending public Order Confirmation mails, and MAKING THEM A FOOL. Not only this, they kept me hung for 7 days!!!. """"""""
DamageOccured : This case has led to serious implications on me as a consumer. 1. Mentally harassed for 7 days. 2. I made more than 60-70 calls at their landline 022******** as their toll free was not accessible most of the time. 3. Wastage of crucial time. 4. No appropriate conclusion after so much of hardwork. 5. Feel like physically and mentally TORTURED.
I ONLY WANT THAT MY ORDER BE CONFIRMED, as i only stood upto ethics and informed that the amount is not debited from my account, inspite of the fact as per their record they still beleived that the payment is rceived from their end.(EMAIL from their support@futurebazaar.com as a proof). I have heard lots of praises of your success stories in redressing the consumer grievences and expect the same in my case. Thank You!
