Future Bazaar India - Refund Not Initiated

I purchased a Milestone Mirage Airbag 50 from www.futurebazaar.com on 27th May 2010. After using it for sometime the chain of the bag was not working properly so I formally initiated a complaint against it on 1st Dec 2010. I got a call from their backend that the payment againt my product order is being initiated on 2nd Dec 2010, but I have not got the payment back as yet. I have logged the complaint again and again so many times but all the time I get the same excuse that please wait for 24 hours or 48 hours bla bla bla .....

Can anyone please help in this regard so that I can get the refund back.

Dear Mr. Srivastava,

This is with reference to your order number 5001546451 for " Milestone Mirage Airbag- 50,Black".

I am sorry to know that after using the product for 6 months you are facing difficulty with the chain of the said product. I confirm that as per the return policy you may return the purchased product within 15 days of delivery incase the same is found damaged or defective.

As the said product was delivered at your shipping address in the month of June, the same is not covered under the return policy. However, I understand that you have already dropped the product at the Big Bazaar Outlet and hence as a special gesture we are refunding the amount charged to you for the order.

Further, I thank you for providing your banking details to enable us to make the funds transfer directly to your account. The amount for the order has been refunded from our end and the same will reflect in your forthcoming bank account.

I have also tried calling you up multiple times at the contact numbers mentioned in the order however were unable to reach you. I would personally like to discuss the case with you and will appreciate if you could confirm your update contact number and convenient time so that we can call you.

Let me assure you that you are a valued customer and your satisfaction is extremely important to us. I apologize for the inconvenience that has been caused to you.
