Hi i have purchased a product which costs Rs 4,949 on 3 Nov 2012. As per their policies they have to deliver with in 3 weeks. But they have not delivered till now. I have raised a complaint in the customer-care with complaint number as 49422 on 21 Nov 2012. But there is no solution. Can you take some necessary action. In the next month i thought to place an F.I.R on this issue.
