Hi,

I am manideep ordered a product from timtara.com dated 16 nov 2012, they promised to deliver product within 3 weeks. But its been more than 45 days i didnt get the product. From the same thing i contacted customer care but they are very rude with me and even they used very bad language.I called atleast 10 times and wasted around 100 rs. Whenever i called and said my issue they simply raise a complaint ticket and cut the phone, but never they send a response mail or even any call. Please help me in getting my product or atleast return my money back as soon as possible.
