i have ordered a product with following details:
product- karbonn A11 mobile
order no-10372780
order value- Rs.6719/-
order date- 19/12/12
delivery time- within 3 weeks
mode of payment- net banking

it has not been dispatched yet and the product status still shows 'awaiting shipment'
i have also sent them a notice to deliver the product/refund the money along with compensations within 15 days or i will approach the consumer court, but still haven't got any response.
