Hi..I have been a victim of timtara.com.I purchased a product (Micromax Canvas-II Mobile phone for Rs 9189/-) on 23-01-2013,which was supposed to be delivered to me within 3 weeks i.e by 12th feb. But till today,they haven't shipped the product to me and the status on their portal shows 'Awaiting Shipment' for more than 3 weeks.Whenever I call them,they never give a clear justification.And I get frustrated by listening the same replies from them every time.The customer care on every complaint, reply that "the concerned department will get back to you in 24 hours. But no one ever calls me back. It seems that this site is cheating the people out of their money [as apparent from the complaints seen on the internet]. I have already made the payment by credit card whose bill has also been generated & I have neither received the product nor my money. The said amount is also blocked with them for this time period. Please HELP me as I want to teach them a lesson so that they could never be so insensitive towards the consumers.I also request you to guide me to legal actions that I can take against them.Thank you.
