I had ordered Micromax Ninja A56 from www.timtara.com on 03/09/2012 wide order no 10319302 & payment of Rs 4950/- has been already done by credit card on the date of order. I had given delivery period of 3 weeks by timtara.com. After taking continues follow-up on ph 0135-3051500, 0********40 also on email id customer.delight@timtara.com ;sarbjeet@timtara.com,abose@timtara.com,bharat@infosecure.co.in, cco@timtara.com,customerfirst@timtara.com,mamata@timtara.com, nisha@timtara.com,raja@timtara.com,nitesh@timtara.com; info@timtara.com, till date I have not received any mail regarding payment confirmation or current order status. I had never received call or sms from Timtara but when I am calling to customer care executives for status of the order then they only told that personally forwarding my request to concern department for providing order status & call or email will be receive within 24 hours, actually their 24 hours never completed yet. They only put the call on hold or cut the call when I am asking for transferring call to supervisor or responsible personal at their place. Actually customer care executives having predefined scripts provided by company and they are using it as way as customers talking with them. 2-3 times customer care executives cut my call when I had forced for transferring call to supervisor. I have now frustrated and mentally harassed because of same answers given by customers care executive and their managers also.

One day I had received phone call from 0********40 who is Ritesh Kumar (manager of legal & administration of Timtara) told that product has been dispatched and details of dispatch will be receive me on mail at evening and till 3 times same answer given me by that person. Mr. Ritesh Kumar who is Manager but they don’t know that which product they given to shipment for my order id but not dispatched to me. My product receive me before 24/09/2012 as per delivery commitment given by Timtara but today is 29/10/2012 & my product yet not delivered or even any date of delivery also not confirmed by timtara.com.

Is it an only fake procedure of temporarily customer’s satisfaction that we feel as they are processing on our requests? They only make customers fool after receiving cash from customer’s bank account also using the money of public. Timtara is only fake company and I want product on urgent basis or refund of my money.

I have recording of all calls done for the order status and also email saved with me.
