I have purchased one holiday gift voucher from bagittoday through telecall seller along with them they offer me some free gift.

GV have validity for three month.
Till now 13_Feb-2013, I have not received order and free gift.
I have raised request many times with customer care that I don’t have received and parcel till now (13/02/2013).
But they are replying same thing they have delivered the order with the below details and attaching fake POD (proof of delivery).

When I am telling that I don’t have received parcel, can you cancel the order they are telling that order already deliver to you so we cannot cancel order.
