I have ordered two products on 16-8-2012. and payed the money. after 1 month they have told that the ordered product is not available and can give alternate. then i cancelled the order. but they kept the order details as awaiting shipment instead of cancelled.many times i have told through customer care also mailed. but no response.
i have contacted their customer care for around 20 times. but they are not willing to return my money
