this is in continuation of my previous complaints, I purchased a combo offer from bag it today, the offer was 'a pair of shoes, a belt, and a wallet (all leather), a gift voucher for Rs. 1000/- and a wrist watch', Shoes wallet and belt were received about 20 days before, watch is still not received after even many mails and phone calls, two gift voucher No's have been given to me for Rs.500/-each with the instruction that these vouchers are valid with the purchase of minimum Rs. 4000/- and one voucher can be redemed at a time, it means I have to make a purchase of 8000/- at least for the redemption of my vouchers. In to days mail I have been told that the validity of the vouchers is up to 30.06.2013.
At the time of purchase there were no such conditions or if at all there were any conditions these should have been told to me or should have been shown on the television screen (since it is a teleshopping case) there was not even mention of the terms in the commentory.
Now the Company is not even replying my mails correctly, instead they are telling me new conditions. It's a shame on the part of a well established group.
to day got a call from bagittoday, now you people are asking me to return the things first and then only after receiving the things at ur end my money will be refunded. Day before yesterday i.e. on 19.06.2013 bagittoday called and agreed to pay the money at the time of collection of things from my end (because I insisted to do so), the person even took the details about my correct name and spells so that the cheque may be dispatched, now today again u turn by the company, I fail to understand the working style of the company and its employees, already more than two months have passed and company has failed to resolve my problem.

what a shame, U people don't even read the comments / mails properly or u are not well educated to understand the mails, how can today group deploy such officers for compliance who even can't understand the comments of customers.

Have received three calls regarding the deal, was told that my money will be refunded and goods will be taken back, the man calling took my ID for giving me further informatio regarding picking up of the things from my end
for the last three four days I have not received any communication instead a courier company contacted me for courier, but since I did not receive any official communication from ur end for handing over the things to courier I did not ask them to collect the courier.
Bag it today have never given clear view what you want to do now, Once again request to clarify me if my money is being refunded, if yes when, so that I may be able to decide the future course of action
Today I have received the Rocio watch,which seems to be used and not at all worth Rs.2500/-(not even 250/-) which is highlighted in the ad, secondly I cannot use my gift voucher as per my convenience and shoes are also not up to the mark, nothing is as promised, I therefore want my money to be refunded
No reply till date, its a matter of great shame
