I had ordered Sony Ericsson Neo V mobile in June from Timtara.com worth Rs. 14500 (Order No:10279644), as discussed with Shivali who helped me finalise the deal told, she had guranteed me the mobile will be delivered within 3 days as i had to gift it to my sister but i never received mobile. But got a mail that refund will be processed within 7 working days, but till date no refund has been processed. Once i asked my lawyer to call Timtara after he talked to Customer Care and then to Shivali i was told to send a mail to mamta@timtara.com and she would do the needful and soon i got a mail from timtara:
"We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you due to the delay in refund. However, we are confident that the amount will be refunded within 4-5 working days. We will be in touch with you."
But still i have not received my money and not getting any reply from customer care as well. Have already wasted so much money on calling them everyday.

Ans when today i called up customer care and told them i will file case against timtara he replied "Main to daar gya" and i even have the recoreded conversation with me. So how should i proceed to get my refund?
