DELL India - My laptop is completly down till 16 days, and all of my work affected due tothis

I am very much sorry and surprised about your technical support what you and your organisation provide to me. My laptop operating system got corrupt and I was called your technical support on 5th July 2010 with hope of positive replay and help from your side but today is 19th July 2010 and my laptop is still down.....no one from your organisation have courtesy to call me to know about how much i am suffering with this non-working laptop....... It’s around 14 days .i am so hurt about this type of behaviour with dell customer support.

I have done a big mistake and purchase a dell studio laptop on June last week. My laptop service tag no is B7 J46BS and sr. no. is 243********. I have done partition after that operating system got corrupt on 4th July 2010......from that day you i am still waiting with hope of your organisation support but i did not get it till now....My work is so much affected due to this today my limit is over that’s why i am writing this mail with hope of your support.......
