This is to inform you about the unprofessional behavior of your technician. I spoke to your TS person named Roopesh for 45 Mins and then he said that he can’t help me (warranty related issue). When I asked to transfer the call to someone who can help me, he said \"I am giving the call to a Sr. Tech). Then a lady picked the call and said that she is the manager (Priyanka). She was extremely rude with me, shouted at me and said that she can’t help me on my warranty issue. I have gifted this laptop and when I came to see the problem I have reported. I have logged this case one month back and nobody responded to me in a satisfactory fashion. Priyanka told me that your warranty is about to expire. but it was not expired. Through email another technician told me that I will be covered under warranty as since I have logged the case 1 month earlier. I want some higher authority person to handle my situation as Priyanka challenged me that \"you go and complain it to any levels about me\" AND DISCONNECTED THE CALL AFTER ONE HOUR. This is the worst experience I had after calling for help. Please treat this as a serious problem and take appropriate action against that lady. I will be waiting for the reply from you ASAP, also I am ready with my next level of escalation. Now I have a useless laptop for which I have payed 40000RS and I am ready to burn it in the public.
i agree completely. dell has the worst customer care service and the worst products to offer. i bought dell inspiron 14R in august 2010. it was very slow from the beginning and later got worse. the technicians came and "fixed" it, the problem stil persists. they asked me to reinstall OS, it hasnt solved my problems. the laptop is under warranty but the customer care says they have no solution to my problem. And its not just my laptop, 3 of my acquaintances face similar problem. DELL is cheating its customers!
Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased Dell laptop in april 2010.After 3 months I obversed my power adapter is not working.Same I intimated to dell customercare,customercare officer told me to send new dell adapter by 2nd August,2010 to my residential address but as of today I yet to receive the adapter.Even after several reminder this issue hasn't been sorted out.
Again I am trying to call them since last 5 days but I am not getting satisfactory answer from their side.Therefore I request you to look into this on priority.
