I have placed an order with Dell on 9th Sept 2009 for Laptop Keyboard and Battery. They charged my credit card for 6,100 and did not dispatched. When i called them, they told the order went to wrong department and will give refund. After that i have called dell more than 30 times for every alternate day and the representatives keep telling that i will get call in next 30mins. Forget about the call, so far i have not received my amount. Each time i called, i was in queue for about 30mins and then, the representatives keep transferring my calls between technical and customer departments.
Please do the needful.
