I have ordered my product vide product id : 1017478343 on 1.5.12 amounting to Rs.29,999/-. Initially it was assured by the representative that the product worth is more than Rs.60,000/- as I'm being one of the few selected by them. Since It was from one of the reputed organisation, i finally bought the product. Later i realised that the product worth is not more than Rs.9,000/- and raised my objections with them.

After my continous calls and so many mails, they have accepted to return the product. On 7th July 2012, i have returned the product to them and they also acknowledge the product received at their end.

It was informed by them that they will refund the money in the form of Gift voucher within 7 working days.

More than 40 days, yet i haven't received my refund. There is no proper response from them. Whenever i called and speak to them, they were repeatedly saying the refund could be organised within 24-48 hours.

I lost my patience and after paying their amount fully i haven't received any product.

I don't know how to proceed as they are at Delhi and it is practically impossible to follow-up with them at Bangalore.

Request your interventions to get my refund with the interest as per the RBI Guidelines. Also i request to take legal actions for being cheating the customer deliberately with the intentions not to refund the money.
