I received a mail from BAG IT TODAY, that i have won a gift, i,e; watch. To get the watch I have paid Rs 499/- as courier charges.I made the payment on 25/10/2010.They had confirmed me the receipt of the amount and assured me to wait 2-3 weeks.

. But till today neither i got the free gift nor got my money refund.I made several reminders to them but no result.

Complainant's Goal: I want my money back or get the free gift of watch "
