I have purchased a combo offer of 'shoes, wallet belt gift vouchers worth Rs. 1000/- and a wrist watch' from bagittoday my order No. is 33004419, after receiving the order I noticed that I have not received gift vouchers worth Rs. 1000/- and a wrist watch, In this regard I have made several phone calls and written several mails, but getting irrelevant replies, In this regard I have lodged two complaints No.1151477 and 1151716. I have not received any relevant reply, my complaints are dated 18.04.2013

what limitations, how do I believe that you will refund my money (how and when) you have already taken more than two months and my problem is still not solved, further u have not mentioned the refund amount and how many days will u take after the goods are lifted from my end

This is for ur kind information that I have not been provided anything 'additional' I have been provided the things which were promised by the company, the vouchers are useless and with conditions which were not there at the time of purchase, I have not come up with any new other issue kindly go through my mails, I think none of ur 'good' employees read the mails or are not competent to read and understand the mails. further if you only deliver the things after taking cash from buyer then why do you insist that I should handover my things to you without taking the consideration and you have not even specified the refund amount.

Have received three calls regarding the deal, was told that my money will be refunded and goods will be taken back, the man calling took my ID for giving me further informatio regarding picking up of the things from my end
for the last three four days I have not received any communication instead a courier company contacted me for courier, but since I did not receive any official communication from ur end for handing over the things to courier I did not ask them to collect the courier.

Bag it today have never given clear view what you want to do now, Once again request to clarify me if my money is being refunded, if yes when, so that I may be able to decide the future course of action

Today I have received the Rocio watch,which seems to be used and not at all worth Rs.2500/-(not even 250/-) which is highlighted in the ad, secondly I cannot use my gift voucher as per my convenience and shoes are also not up to the mark, nothing is as promised, I therefore want my money to be refunded

no watch has yet been received at my end till now, yesterday only I had a very long conversation with ur customer care senior executive, he told me to wait for another week, if at all u have already sent the watch, give the consignment No. and name of courier, In case of gift vouchers now u have imposed a lot of conditions which were not there at the time of purchase how can u impose those conditions
